LOOKING TO ACCENTUATE A FEATURE?

Drone photos can show off a lot of features that just cannot be seen in photos from the ground, such as, waterfront homes or large properties.

Drone aerial photography can be done where permitted by the FAA.  Trees and buildings in close proximity to the subject may complicate the ability to capture acceptable aerial images. 

  • Drone photos added on to a full photoshoot is $40 for 3-4 images. Typically used for residential homes in a neighborhood.

  • Drone photos added on to a full photoshoot is $60 for 6-8 images. Typically used for residential homes on a golf course or pond/lake.

  • Drone photos added on to a full photoshoot is $75 for 10-12 images. Typically used for residential homes on waterfront that have Gulf access.

  • Drone images as a stand-alone shoot range from $100-125 per property and include 4-6 parcel outlines. 

  • Drone Aerial for Commercial Property $150 and includes a few ground-level images.

  • Drone Video of 30-45 seconds will be $150

  • Parcel outline on drone image is $5 per 2 image outlines.

By clicking the Book A Shoot button below the customer agrees to and understands that the photos and or videos requested are to be used for the marketing of the subject property for the term of the listing. The use will include and extend to any further short term marketing post sale including just sold advertising. The customer further understands that the photos/videos are for marketing use and are owned by the photographer not the user. The media may not be sold, given away or lent to another agent, decorator, designer, builder etc. The photos may be given to the seller at the consummation of the sale as a gift if that is the users desire. If the seller is given the media it may not be used for any profitable venture including but not limited to the resale of the property without the photographers written permission. The photographer understands that once the pictures are in the MLS system they are to stay in the system per the board of Realtor rules and guidelines, please do not remove them.
