Standard Walk Through Videos start at $150.00 and go up to $250.00. The video is shot with an iPhone in a 3 axis Gimbal for stability. Video footage is shot in 4k quality and is professionally edited. Branded and unbranded versions will be delivered. This video style not only shows the flow of the home but will have more "stylistic" moves and video clips that show the nicer features of the home such as higher end counters, backsplashes, showers, etc. The edited video is typically delivered the next day but it may take up to 24-48 hours for delivery.

  • Reels Video A video for Reels on social media. It is recorded in vertical format and will be 30-60 seconds in length with upbeat music transitions. The main areas of the home and selling features will be highlighted. $100.00
