RESIDENTIAL PHOTOSHOOT
The HD Plus photo shoot is a combination of multiple blended images using available room lighting, a constant light on camera and lens filters. The photos portray the home in a desirable, natural fashion maintaining existing shadows an appeal.
HD Plus Photo Shoot
The HD photo shoot Starts $145.00 for up to 2,000 sf of living space.
2001 sf living and over is an additional $20.00 per 1500 sf of living space.
Some accessory non living areas may be done in HDR style depending on conditions and lighting.
Most accessory structures and pools will be photographed at no extra charge.
Additional fees may be incurred for large barns, large accessory structures, etc
This the HD Plus as above with additional lighting as needed to provide crispness and correct color look throughout the entire image. A higher end, more detailed editing process on the interior of the home is also implemented. The price of a photo shoot for residential properties is calculated on the square footage of the living area of the home.
PREMIUM Photos
The Premium photo shoot starts at $170.00 minimum fee for home that has 2000 sf living space or less .
2001 sf living and over is an additional $20.00 per 1500 sf of living space.
All rooms with the under air living space will be shot with the addition of constant lights as needed.
Most accessory structures and pools will be photographed at no extra charge.
Additional fees may be incurred for large barns, large accessory structures, etc
The twilight shoot requires a second visit to the property at or around dusk. A virtual twilight is also available, see additional services below.
TWILIGHT SHOOT
The twilight photo shoot is $175 as an add on to a full photo shoot or $200 as a stand alone product.
